1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes up to 2-3 business days not including the day you ordered sometimes sooner.. If you want faster shipping you must pay for expedited at checkout,but please contact us before you pay for expedited,that way we will check if we have it to ship it ASAP,If you need your packaged ASAP it’s recommended you get expedited shipping.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.
2. Can I make changes to my order?
Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.
All sales are FINAL, NO refunds or exchanges.
Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact mail carrier for further details once you receive tracking number.

After your order is processed and tracking number is sent shipping takes about 2-3 days to receive. Please contact United States Postal Service if package is delayed.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES
Your order will normally be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your USPS tracking to track your package in transit. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.
Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, we ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for package pick-up,if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

1. HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
Our bundles are 100g each. A full sew-in weave with our virgin hair, would need approximately need 2-4 bundles. We ONLY recommend buying 2 bundles when a frontal is being used or with lengths 12-16″ inches. We recommend 3-4 bundles for our more silkier texures such as Silky Straight and Body wave. purchase 3 of the same length for a more fuller look. (EX: 18″, 18″, 18″.) Keep in mind the longer the hair the smaller the weft!
2. CAN I COLOR MY HAIR?
This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed & is not processed in anyway. You can color the hair, however once Virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
3. HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?
This hair can last for a long time, with proper care! Even for reuse! Our customers generally use the hair for years.
